Minor cleanup in ViewLatestWorkflowRun
Use `ctx.ServerError` instead of a separate `log.Error` + `ctx.Error`. `ctx.ServerError` does essentially the same thing, but better. Signed-off-by: Gergely Nagy <forgejo@gergo.csillger.hu>
