Add some Unit-Tests (#14500)
* fix url * modules/auth/pa: coverage: 40#.0% * modules/base coverage: 67.6% -> 89.9% * modules/cache coverage: 0% -> 12.0% * modules/convert coverage: 27.1% -> 29.7%
