Felix Niklas 29531460f6 Procfile.frontend ... Add procfile for frontend development. It adds guard livereload that reloads and recompiles the frontend files when a change occurs. It also adds gulp that watches for changes to the icon set and rebundles the icons into a svg store while stripping two colors from them that can then be replaced via css.
