* Added Chimera Ortho keymap

* Cleaning up the rules

* Removing firmware sizes

* Modified URLs to point to new locations

* Remove _quantum functions from custom matrix.c code

* Fix 1<col instead of 1<<col typo in matrix_is_on()

* Make PREVENT_STUCK_MODIFIERS the default

* Removing the IS_COMMAND custom definition

* Adding info.json

* Adding config overrides

* Adjusting for the reformat

* removing backlight reference
